Three years in a row! The Catherine Elizabeth Blair Memorial Fund is a local non-profit dedicated to raising funds for developing treatments for the childhood cancer neuroblastoma. The foundation held its first benefit event – “Skate for Catherine!” – on March 1st, 2012 at Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, Virginia (blog entry here). I covered last year’s event and did the same this past Friday, March 7th for their third year. Over $18,000 was raised this year! You can donate by clicking here.
