Third Annual Skate for Catherine

Three years in a row! The Catherine Elizabeth Blair Memorial Fund is a local non-profit dedicated to raising funds for developing treatments for the childhood cancer neuroblastoma. The foundation held its first benefit event – “Skate for Catherine!” – on March 1st, 2012 at Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, Virginia (blog entry here). Last week I had the pleasure of covering a wonderful event. Mother-Daughter Spa Night at the Life with Cancer Building in Fairfax, VA.
