Sugar Blossom is a cosplayer in the Washington, D.C. area. She contacted me to do a shoot as Marvel’s Black Cat, a former burglar turned detective/super-hero (and dated Spider-Man for a period of time!). Lauren Venezia is a costume designer based in Richmond, Virginia. I stayed down for a few days to do two days of shooting with her. I met up with Rebecca a few weeks ago to do a cosplay shoot. We found each other on Model Mayhem and agreed that we wanted to update her portfolio with a few new images of her Lara Croft (Tomb Raider) cosplay. I spent this past weekend at Awesome Con, Washington D.C.’s own comic convention.
