Covering Scena Theater: Press Photos for the Productions of ‘Shining City’ and ‘Molly’.

Scena Theater (website/Facebook/tickets) is a D.C. institution that has given the area dozens of wonderful productions. Lauren Venezia as Black Canary

Lauren Venezia is a costume designer based in Richmond, Virginia. I stayed down for a few days to do two days of shooting with her. 2014 Growing Hope Picnic

Growing Hope is a local 501(c)(3) charity that “provides supportive, non-medical care to children with cancer and their families.” I have personally seen this organization in action and they are great people who really care. Every year they throw a picnic at Nottoway Park in Vienna, Virginia for pediatric cancer patients, their families, and the staff that takes care of them to enjoy time together outside of the clinical setting. Damian’s First Birthday!

Took some photos for a few weeks ago at a very special birthday party. Damian is Orlando and Silvia’s firstborn and the party was to celebrate Damian’s first birthday! Lots of friends, family, and love. Damian’s party was held at the Audrey Moore RECenter in Annandale, Virginia. All images were captured with a Canon 5DIII, a Canon 24-105 f/4L IS, and a 580EXII.
